        The apartment features a good-sized lounge at the front of the property with views of 'The Rock' through the large bay window. The room is fitted with a gas fire and two 2-seater sofas provide comfortable seating for four people as well as a small table and chairs. A flat-screen TV with Freesat satellite channels is situated in the lounge along with a DVD player, Amazon Fire TV and WiFi is available throughout the property.
        The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Dinnerware, cookware and cutlery are included as well as tea/coffee, condiments, dishwasher tabs etc. An extendable table and four chairs provides an ample, convenient facility for mealtimes and the rear door leads to the enclosed courtyard for dining outdoors. An iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment are also available.
        The main bedroom at the rear of the property features a modern, comfortable king-sized bed with bedside chests and lighting. A double wardrobe and large chest provide ample storage for clothing etc. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together if required. Along with under-bed storage there is also a wardrobe & drawers. All beds are complete with pillows, duvets and bed linen.

        The modern bathroom is fitted with a toilet, a large cubicle fitted with dual head power shower, a washbasin with illuminated mirror over and a vanity unit for storage. The room is fitted with an electric down flow heater and heated towel rail for comfort. Bath and hand towels are provided.
        The apartment is situated on Marine Drive and at the rear of the property is a private walled rear courtyard with gated access. Within the courtyard is a BBQ, a patio table, chairs and a parasol. Fisherman's chairs and a windbreak are also available for use in the courtyard or on the beach.
